TORTELLINI FORMAGGI WITH BABY ARTICHOKE LEMON

This Baby Artichoke Lemon Tortellini Formaggi recipe, which was tried for the first time by Award-Winning Chef Aydan Üstünkanat, whom we came together in the kitchen of our English Home Florya Cadde store, will be your favourite!
Materials
200 grams tortellini Formaggi (or any tortellini or ravioli of your choice)
1 cup artichoke hearts (pre-boiled, about 250 grams)
½ lemon
50 ml raw cream
100 g labneh cheese
50 g cheddar cream cheese
½ cup grated parmesan
Fresh thyme, salt
Quarter cup of pasta boiling water
1 tablespoon of flour
Olive oil

Boil the pasta in boiling water with some salt added to it. In the meantime, fry the artichokes cut in half in olive oil in a pan, squeeze the lemon juice, add all the other ingredients whisked in a bowl for 1-2 minutes, add the boiled tortellini and place on the serving plate, grated the lemon peel, add Parmesan cheese and fresh thyme, serve hot.
