PAN FRIED CHICKEN WITH FRESH CORIANDER ON SOURDOUGH SLICES

Materials

4 slices of sourdough bread

200 g chicken meat (grilled or boiled)

1 ripe avocado

1 tablespoon cheddar cream cheese

salt pepper

2 pickled cucumbers

Green part of 1 stalk of spring onion

1 tablespoon mustard

2-3 semi-dried tomatoes

 

 

Cut the chicken into thin slices and in a bowl, eat cream, mix with mustard, green onions, pickles, sun-dried tomatoes and coriander.

Fry the slices of bread on one side in a pan with olive oil. Put it on a serving plate with the fried side up, mash the avocado on it and distribute it. Do not skip this part because it will hold the material to be placed on it.

 

 

Add the chicken mixture and add some black pepper and fresh coriander on it and serve.
