Return Exchange

You can cancel your order from the order menu if not shipped. Once the order is shipped, you have to fulfill the return conditions.
The Item can be returned within 7 Days from the day it is received. Wrap and seal your products in their original packing and our courier partner may take 3-5 business days to pick it up, courier charges may apply.
It is necessary to include the original invoices, waybill (all copies available to the consumer) and the reason of the return; with the product to be returned.
The Return, Exchange and refund will only be possible after the inspection and approval of the item’s condition and reason of return.
Cosmetics items, Clothing items and Masks which are within the scope of hygiene will not be allowed to be return.
The return of products purchased is subject to the condition that the packaging is in a good condition, and the product is unused.
If you have paid by Credit or Debit card, your refund will be credited back to your card within 7 business days.
If you have paid by Cash on Delivery, you can receive your refund as a bank transfer.
For bank transfer, please call Customer Support to raise a return request. It may take up to 7 business days to deposit the amount in your account. For security purposes, the name of the bank account and the name on your wallet account must be the same.
Bank account details required would be bank name, name of account holder, account number, branch name & IBAN.

Delivery

For UAE main cities, the order will be delivered within 2 business days, while for remote areas, the order will be delivered within 5 to 6 business days.
